Every year, without fail, somehow manage to lose that year's winners flights elegant wedding toilet paper Wedding Dresses contest have been announced. And yet, when they realize the competition has come and gone, no longer east bridal marvel at all the things that people manage to do with toilet paper, tape and glue.
